Modified POPAT
o Start Position at Chair (Clock starts upon instructor saying “Go”. Must complete in < 6 minutes.)
o Chair to Cone 1 (40 ft.) and back (around chair) 2 times
o Chair to Cone 2 (60 ft.) while completing the following obstacles:
  • 4 foot broad jump
  • 4 foot fence climb (two hands on fence required)
  • Low crawl under obstacle (2 ft. high) and around cone (60 ft.)
o Cone 2 to mat
o Roll Drill – 3 repetition (full rotation to right - both knees returning to start position)
o 10 Push-ups (chin to block)
o Roll Drill – 3 repetition (full rotation to right - both knees returning to start position)
o Mat to Cone 2 while completing the following obstacles:
  • 4 foot broad jump
  • 4 foot fence climb (two hands on fence required)
  • Low crawl under obstacle (2 ft. high) and around cone (60 ft.)
o Cone 2 to Step Box
  • 30 Steps (up and down) on Step Box
o Roll Drill – 3 repetition (full rotation to right - both knees returning to start position)
o 10 Push-ups
o Roll Drill – 3 repetition (full rotation to right - both knees returning to start position)
