Case Description: On Sunday, October 26, 1997 in the early morning hours, the body of Deborah Gail Nunnery was found on the roadway of Underwood Road in the Snow Hill Community of Clinton. Deborah would sometimes stay with her parents although she had her own residence in Quail Run Trailer Park in Roseboro. She had been last seen at her parents' residence earlier that Sunday morning.  

At the time of her death, Deborah was 40 years old and the mother of a son.  She was a white female, approximately 5'4" in height, with blue eyes, and brown hair. According to family members, Deborah had asthma but would often walk for exercise in the areas of her relatives' homes. When she was last seen that Sunday, she was wearing a long-sleeve brown shirt and blue jeans.  

Investigators have exhausted leads and are seeking assistance from anyone who was in the Snow Hill Community area of Clinton off Highway 24 (also known as Roseboro Highway) on that Sunday morning in 1997.  To date, no one has been arrested for the tragic murder of this mother, Deborah Nunnery.
