Case Description: On Tuesday, 01/06/2004, Joshua Matthew Davis, and his cousin, were walking in a Garner residential neighborhood toward Davis’s house. They left Davis’s cousin's house when his cousin briefly returned to his house to quickly retrieve something. When he returned a few minutes later, Davis was observed to be bleeding and lying on the side of Hall Boulevard. Davis was transported to Wake Medical Center when he subsequently died.
