Case Description: On Monday, July 14, 2008 at approximately 2:30 am, Ray Anthony Suggs was in his yard with a female friend when they were approached by two unknown black males with handguns who demanded money. Ray Suggs was shot and killed by one of the male suspects. Both suspects ran from the area.
The murder of Mr. Suggs occurred at 710 Williams Street in Kinston.
