(WAKE COUNTY, NC) — The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) announces the arrest of a Johnston County man on eight felony charges of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). 30-year-old Dominic Michelo Olivares was arrested this morning in Fuquay-Varina. He is charged with the following crimes.

— 2 counts of First Degree Sexual Exploitation of a minor
— 3 counts of Second Degree Sexual Exploitation of a minor
— 3 counts of Third Degree Sexual Exploitation of a minor

He was transported to the Wake County Detention Center to appear before a magistrate. He is being held on a $150,000 bond. His first appearance will take place at 2 pm tomorrow in a Wake County courtroom.
