The suspect has been identified in the officer involved shooting involving the Kings Mountain Police Department on Saturday, December 19, 2020.  His name is Antonio Cortez Anthony, DOB 9/10/90.  Anthony remains hospitalized.  The SBI investigation remains ongoing.  No additional information is available at this time.
