HARRISBURG – North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement special agents today filed alcohol charges against three people related to a July 11 vehicle accident in Union County that killed a 16-year-old Waxhaw girl and injured six others.

Kenya Derry, 19, and Alexis Plyler, 18, were charged with two counts each of aiding and abetting an underage person in the purchase of spirituous liquor, and one count each of purchasing spirituous liquor by someone under age 21. Tristah Massey, 21, was also charged with aiding and abetting the purchase of alcohol for underage persons.
