On February 26, 2025, the Raleigh Police Department (RPD) requested assistance from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) regarding a sexual exploitation of a minor case.  After two weeks of investigation, an SBI agent with the Computer Crimes Unit has arrested and charged 28-year-old Inzinga Catherine Jones of Grifton, NC, with First-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.  Jones has also been charged with two drug violations by the Pitt County Sheriff's Office.  She is being held in the Pitt County Detention Center with bond set at $150,000.

The SBI investigation arose from an ongoing case by the RPD.  Last month, RPD arrested and charged 39-year-old Claude Richard Craver of Knightdale, NC, with multiple felonies involving sexual exploitation and sexual offenses with a minor.  Craver is currently being held in the Wake County Detention Center without bond.

Investigations by all three agencies are ongoing.  No further information is available at this time. Please visit the NCSBI.gov website or our social media platforms for any additional updates.
